At begodesign, we value your privacy. This page explains which data is collected when you visit this website, why it is collected, and what rights you have.

What data do we collect?

This site processes personal identifying information (such as your name or phone number) only when you fill out the contact form or reach out to us via WhatsApp — solely so we can get back to you. Beyond that, anonymous visit statistics (such as which pages were viewed and the number of visitors) are collected to understand how the site is used.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. This site uses two types of cookies: (1) Essential cookies — required for the site to work properly. (2) Analytics cookies — used through Google Analytics to measure visitor behavior anonymously. Analytics cookies are activated only when you give your consent; if you choose "Essential Only" in the cookie notice, these cookies are not run.

Sharing of data

Your data is not sold to third parties. However, the following service providers are involved so that the site can work and so that we can get back to you; each of them processes your data only for the purpose described below.

Third-party service providers we use

Web3Forms (contact form): When you submit the contact form on this site, the name, e-mail address and message content you entered are transmitted to and processed by Web3Forms (api.web3forms.com), a US-based service, in order to deliver your message to us as an e-mail. For details, see the Web3Forms Privacy Policy.

Cloudflare (hosting and CDN): This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. In order to deliver the pages to you and for security purposes (abuse and attack prevention), Cloudflare processes visitors' IP addresses and request metadata (such as browser information, request time and the requested address). For details, see the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Typefaces: The fonts used on this site are served from our own server (via Cloudflare). No request is made to any third-party host, including Google Fonts, to load them, so your IP address is not transmitted to a third party because of fonts.

Google Analytics (visit statistics): Analytics data is processed anonymously with Google as the service provider. Google Analytics is loaded only after you give explicit consent in the cookie notice; if you choose "Essential Only", the service is never run and no analytics data is sent to Google.

International data transfers

All of the service providers listed above (Web3Forms, Cloudflare and Google) are established outside Türkiye and their servers may be located abroad. As a result, the data you share through the contact form, along with the technical data generated during your visit (IP address, request metadata and — if you consent — analytics data), is transferred outside Türkiye. By submitting the form you share your data in the knowledge that this transfer will take place; the transfer for analytics purposes occurs only if you give your explicit consent. Your rights
